By accessing and using the NuncuEsplo website (nuncuesplo.com) and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

NuncuEsplo provides professional public speaking and communication training services including:

  • Online and in-person courses
  • Corporate training programs
  • Individual coaching sessions
  • Educational resources and materials
  • Newsletter and blog content

3. Registration and Account Security

When you register for our services, you agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Payment Terms

Course Fees

  • All course fees are in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
  • Payment is required before course commencement
  • Prices are subject to change without notice

Refund Policy

  • Full refund available within 48 hours of course start
  • 50% refund available within one week of course start
  • No refunds after one week of course commencement
  • Corporate training refunds handled on a case-by-case basis

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and course materials, is the property of NuncuEsplo and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use our materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or instructors
  • Share course materials without permission
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
